Rates and Insurance
We are in-network with only 1 insurance carrier: Cigna
We are no longer in-network with American Specialty Health (ASH) network, United Healthcare, Kaiser or any other plans excluding Cigna. Our rates for payment at time of service and for those without insurance can be found on our booking page.
Discounts: You have the option to prepay for a series of acupuncture sessions at a discounted rate. Please ask for more info during your 1st visit.
Payments and Insurance: We are happy to check benefits for acupuncture with your insurance carrier Cigna as a courtesy. Note that acupuncture benefits are often covered for only certain health conditions.
For those who wish to see an out-of-network provider, we can provide a Super Bill for you to submit a claim to your provider.
Time of Service Cash Payment: For those paying out of pocket, we can extend our time of service, cash payment option. We do offer discounted time-of-service rates for uninsured and under-insured patients. Payment in full at time-of-service fees, or co-pays/co-insurance, is due at each appointment. The clinic accepts cash, credit cards, payments using Venmo and flex-spending account (FSA) cards.
Appointments and Cancellation Policy: We appreciate your time and commitment to your health and arriving to your appointment on time. We hope you will return the sentiment and if you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we require a 2 day notice so we can accommodate others who wish to fill your spot. Cancellations with less than 2 days advance notice will be billed a $75 cancellation fee.
